Returns from within US:
Full-priced, new, unworn merchandise with the original tags still attached may be returned within 30 days upon receiving your order. Items marked as EXCHANGE ONLY may be returned for another SENREVE item of the same value or store credit, no refunds. Items marked as FINAL SALE may not be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit. You can initiate a return or an exchange HERE. Domestic returns for refund or exchange made within the eligibility window are free of charge.
Delivery outside of US:
We are happy to offer free international shipping via DHL to all countries with the exception of China (excluding Hong Kong) and Russia. For China orders, please visit our China website. We currently do not ship to Russia.
