ELIGIBILITY:  To enter the SENREVE x La Compagnie x Illesteva Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), you must, at the time of entry, be 18 years of age or older.  Employees of Sponsor or its affiliates, sales representatives, agencies, dealers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and promotional and other vendor agencies involved in the Sweepstakes, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and the immediate family (parent, spouse, sibling, child, grandparent, grandchild, regardless of where they reside) and household members of all such employees, are NOT eligible.  Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited or restricted by law.


SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:  The Sweepstakes begins at time of Instagram post and ends 8/10/22, 11:59PM PST.


HOW TO ENTER:  Follow @senreve, @lacompagnie_businessclass, and @illesteva on Instagram.  Once you are following @senreve, @lacompagnie_businessclass, and @illesteva and during the Sweepstakes Period, like the photo and submit a comment to the Sweepstakes post that includes a tagged mention of a friend.  You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.


Entries that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, mechanically reproduced, falsified, mutilated, damaged, altered or otherwise irregular, misdirected entries, or entries not received for any other reason will be void and disqualified at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. The information you provide will be used consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.senreve.com/pages/privacy.


PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):  One (1) prize will be randomly awarded in total.  Each prize consists of a gift set with the following items: 

  • All business-class airline, La Compagnie to offer two (2) Round-Trip tickets from NY to Milan valid until August 31st 2023; subject to availability, valued at ~$5,000 USD.
  • Illesteva sunglasses: two pairs total, one for the winner and one for their +1. Valued up to $300 each, subject to availability, exclusions apply.

  • SENREVE Passport Holder $175
    • Valued up to $1,395 total, subject to availability, exclusions apply.

Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded:  ~$7,000.


Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.  PLEASE NOTE:  All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.  Any and all guarantees and warranties for merchandise prizes are subject to the manufacturer’s and/or service providers’ terms and conditions, and the winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturers and/or service provider
